Frank L. Carzo

Frank L. Carzo is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Carzo Associates, L.L.C., a Premier Consulting Firm started in 1998, specializing in providing value-added assistance in support of our clients' mission and overall success. Strategic offerings include Professional Services, Executive Recruiting, Succession Planning, Executive Coaching, Customer Satisfaction, and Human Resource Management. Carzo Associates, L.L.C. serves clients of varying sizes, growth phases and business types. Representative clients include the U.S. Department of State, IBM, Oracle Corporation, Booz Allen Hamilton, EADs North America, Platinum Solutions, and SAIC.

Prior to forming Carzo Associates, L.L.C., Mr. Carzo spent over 20 years with Xerox Corporation. He held numerous positions in both Operations and Corporate Headquarters. During his tenure at Xerox, Mr. Carzo was designated as a Corporate Asset (top 1% of 120,000 employees worldwide). He was also one of nine Corporate Quality Officers when Xerox was awarded the first Malcolm Baldridge award for overall Corporate Excellence by the National Institute of Standards and Technology. In addition, Mr. Carzo served as the Senior Focused Executive for GSA and USDA. His last assignment with Xerox was Vice President, Global Integrated Systems Operations where in a five-year period, this start-up organization grew from revenues of $0 to approximately $1b. He spent two years with Russell Reynolds Associates where he focused on recruiting business leaders for critical senior-level assignments, and one year with Halliburton as Vice President and Officer of shared services. Mr. Carzo attended the executive program at the Wharton school, University of Pennsylvania, and holds a BA degree from the University of New York at Oswego. He completed various Corporate Sponsored Programs, including the Senior Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Mr. Carzo currently sits on the Advisory Councils of the United States Department of State Overseas Schools and the Virginia High-Tech Partnership, and was appointed by Giovanni Castellaneta, Ambassador of Italy, to the Villa Firenze Foundation Board. Mr. Carzo was previously appointed by Mark Warner, Governor of Virginia, to the James Madison University Board of Visitors. In addition, he chaired the James Madison University Business School Executive Advisory Council and served on several other boards, including the Institute of International Education, Inroads, the Texas A&M university Committee for Human Resource Management, the Xerox Technographic Products Boards, and as a Judge for the Federal Government Senior Executive Association Award Committee.
